Originally the backing track , titled ‘The best of me’ was created for two artists (rappers) to perform as a collaboration.

After long consideration, and music industry politics, it turned out that these two performers would end up on different musical pathways.

A decade or so later, the beat resurfaced and this time, I couldnt stop myself from jumping on and adding my own thoughts to the track.
